Your favorite TEA

There are a number of classifications. Tea is classified according to the integrity of the leaves. According to this criterion in the list of types of tea:

large-leaf - the highest quality;

medium-leaf;

small sheet (crumb, waste).

An equally important criterion is the type of processing. There is tea long, pressed (in the form of tablets, tiles, bricks) and extracted (soluble).

High quality black tea generally has long twisted tea leaves of dark brown, almost black color. They have a noticeable light sheen. Dry tea leaves are free of impurities.

Another criterion is the region of growth, according to which there are such types of black tea:

Kenyan (grows on small plantations with volcanic soil, has an amazing taste and high strength),

Chinese (Lapsang Souchong is popular - from budget options, Dian Hong - from elite varieties and Kumun stands out for its wine flavor),

Indian (palm tree in popularity and yield share in Assam, from elite varieties Darjeeling, Nilgiri),

Ceylon (crops on different-level plantations are harvested only by hand, popular varieties Uva, Ruhana, Dimbula, Nuwara Eliya).
